1. Improving Voxel Based Global Illumination
Combined with Runtime Voxelization and Offline Baked Voxel Data, we have enhanced GI quality and dynamics, to support variant time of day / weather lighting conditions. Lighting leaking was reduced to minimum, and also removed most ghosting and noisy artifacts, GI quality and stability has greatly improved.









2. Performance Optimization for Dying Light: The Beast
- For the last few months, we worked closely with Techland rendering team, we managed to optimize the C-Engine even more efficient than before, and delivered a smooth experience across all supported platforms, including PC, Xbox, and PS5.
- GPU Frame Time ( Example on PC )
- Before ( Since July ): 18.27 ms
- After: 11.37 ms
